All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unworn and unwashed condition.

All Sale items are Final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligible items may be authorized for return/exchange up to 30 days from original purchase date. Please reach out to luke@shallowwater.com . Unauthorized returns/exchanges may require a $10 restocking fee plus additional shipping charges.

Since all of our products are packaged and shipped by us please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be fulfilled.
