Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help.
Eligibility Window:
Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return or exchange, please log in to your customer account and navigate to the order you wish to return. Click on the order and follow all prompts to submit your return request.
Once your return is approved, you will receive an email update with instructions, including your return shipping label and next steps.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Unauthorized returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee plus any applicable shipping costs
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
Final Sale Items:
Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes discounted and promotional products.

Damages or Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Beauty or personal care goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges:
Need something else? We recommend submitting a return request first. Once approved, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refunds:
You’ll receive an update once we inspect your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
